Your morning - your day, your life.



Sun is shining behind my back... It makes me feel positive. I believe that quality of life depends on how you feel. If you feel positive, life will be good, and how to be in good relations with your thoughts? Just remember, you are the host of your life. Here re some items, i will try to formulate in order to inspire myself and to become little more happy maybe. So, there re many opportunities in life. Turn round and relax. Concentrate your mind on a good things. Positive ones. So the morning has come, and you woke up. You are again in this reality. What can you see through the window? Even if there s grey light and deep snow donn't worry. First of all relax and think positive.



1. Relax and think positive,
2. Concentrate your mind at positive and pleasent things,
3. Cook breakfast ( delicious one). Do it with harmony and in relaxed mind. Than the taste of it would be pretty nice.,
4. Go to shower, with wonderful shower gel,
5.Choose clothes.,
6. Drink green tea or cofee,
7. Do make up, get dressed and smile to yourself at the mirror,
8. Write sms to someone you love and check the mail,
9. Write the plan of the day, and leave free time for yourself: it may be yoga, meditation, cooking dinner, walk with friends - anything you like and enjoy,
10. Go to work.
